After years of struggling with stress and feeling like I was living in chaos, I had enough. After a lot of failed attempts, the one thing that made all the difference for me was creating routines.

After setting up my system for life, everything was humming along great. Until November 2024- when I experienced  a panic attack while driving. This completely altered my life, but in the best way possible. 

I realized that I had been living a very hustle-and-grind lifestyle, and I needed to slow the F down. 

After a few months of research, doctor visits, therapy sessions, and some massive life changes, I came out on the other side a completely different person.

I realized that productivity doesn't mean jack if we don't have a little fun and happiness in life.

So rather than focusing on crossing off more things on your to-do list, I'm here to help you focus on the things in life that bring you joy-because when that happens, the rest will fall into place. You'll see!
